On 5 January the “Glöckler” parade takes place. The so-called “Glöckler” wear brightly shining canopies and shepherds sing their songs. Traditions are cherished in Bad Ischl.
Even more interesting is the combination of customs and traditions with contemporary culture in the Bad Ischl events calendar.

6th “ROMANTIC” Bad Ischl Chamber Music Festival

From April 3rd to 5th internationally renowned musicians will present works by Schumann e.g. at the PKS Villa Rothstein and at the Bad Ischl Trinkhalle events centre.
